At Dees Hive, we want you to love what you buy! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a simple and straightforward 7-day return and exchange policy.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
- Eligibility: You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging and tags intact.
- Return Shipping: For returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Exchanges: We cover all shipping fees for exchanges. If you choose to exchange an item, the new product will be sent free of charge.
- Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. However, your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
- Non-refundable Items: Personalized or custom-printed products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
Easy Return/Exchange Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to our support team at deeshiveofficial@gmail.com.
- Verification & Pickup: Once we verify your request, a reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24 hours. The item will be collected in 1-2 days by our courier partner.
- Same-Day Refund/Exchange: As soon as the item is picked up, your refund or exchange will be initiated on the same day.
Important Note: Items will not be collected if the original tags are missing, or if the product shows signs of being worn, washed, or damaged.
Prepaid Returns
For prepaid orders, the total amount will be refunded to your original payment method once the return is approved.

Self-Ship Process
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you can self-ship the product to the following address: Dees Hive, 3/172, Sector-3, Vasundhra, Ghaziabad, 201012, India.
Once we receive the item, a full refund will be issued, along with an additional INR 100 to cover your courier charges, within 48 hours.
Exchanges for Another Product
Want something else instead? You can exchange your original product for a different one. If the new item’s price exceeds the original, you can pay the difference. If it’s less, we’ll issue the balance as a gift card.

- We will notify you via email or SMS once the refund is initiated.
- For prepaid orders, bank refunds typically take 7-10 business days.

CASH ON DELIVERY(COD) POLICY
To safeguard our small business against potential scams and fraudulent transactions, we now require a 50% payment for orders placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) option. This measure ensures that both parties are committed to the transaction, allowing for a more secure purchasing experience.
- 50% Payment Requirement: Customers opting for COD must pay 50% of the total order value at the time of placing the order. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery.
- Order Confirmation: Once the initial payment is made, we will confirm your order and proceed with processing.
- Delivery Commitment: This policy helps us serve genuine customers better and minimizes the risk of lost revenue due to fraudulent orders.
